Duties will include responsibility for all aspects of the workshop. You must be able and willing to pass on your experience to your staff. Productivity, efficiency, work quality, customer service, job costing and administration skills are some of the key elements of the job.
Prospects for the younger applicant who dedicates himself to the job are excellent.
Applications from recently retired workshop managers would also be most suitable.
Fully conversant with the latest automotive diagnostics.
Must be able to supervise assistants.
Must have good client liaison skills.
Must have a stable work record with references.
Must have good time keeping and be reliable.
Own reliable transport arrangements.

Workshop Supervisor / Foreman
We seek an individual who is technically competent with current or very recent Land Rover, Volvo or Jaguar experience. The position would interest a workshop foreman or even a senior service advisor with at least 10 years post qualification experience.Duties will include responsibility for all aspects of the workshop. You must be able and willing to pass on your experience to your staff. Productivity, efficiency, work quality, customer service, job costing and administration skills are some of the key elements of the job.

Technician
Trade qualified journeyman, that has been Land Rover, Volvo or Jaguar trained and experienced on the product.Fully conversant with the latest automotive diagnostics.
